The changes I am seeing have me very motivated to keep going and growing!
Current plan is to keep going until my strength gains start to plateau then I’ll look into bulking. Assuming that will be later in the year. Bring. It. On.
Pokopia looks like a game I could easily sink a lot of time into… I dunno about the $70 price tag tho.
I say that knowing full well I am likely to buy it anyway 🤷🏼♂️

Felt like a gentle reminder that I’m making good progress in my goals right now and that life truly is good right now. I hope you all feel the same inspiration from this little gift of nature.

This year is treating me very well so far. Finally showing consistency in my workouts, back on learning Spanish and put the weed down. Feels like the good is just getting started!
