Pฤ czki Day is tomorrow, so why not make pฤ czki with Cohasset Punch? The rich cherry, stone fruit, and citrus flavors in Cohasset Punch make for a delicious pastry filling. (Any Chicago bakeries want to do a collab for 2027?)

In stressful times, I find the slow, deliberate nature of fully analog/manual film photography to be a nice way to stay sane. Here are a few recents from around town.

The Bears-Packers rivalry is one of the oldest in US professional sports! I grew up in Packers country so I can truly never hate on them, but only one team had a founder who was a long-time Cohasset Punch fan [Bears]
Threads feels like if Tumblr and LinkedIn had a baby.
Thank you to everyone who helped make 2025 another great year for Cohasset Punch!
What does Cohasset Punch taste like? We made a video taste testing Cohasset Punch alongside some other 19th century style punch liqueurs! Itโs a look into a niche, not often discussed category of spirits: www.instagram.com/reel/DSKhE32...
I havenโt had that specific issue, though for me the site loads on Safari but not on Firefox
Weโve been nominated for โBest Local Spiritโ in the @chicagoreader.com Best of Chicago 2025! We would really appreciate your vote โ voting is open until December 31. Thank you! chicagoreader.com/best-of-chic...

Thank you @fox32chicago.bsky.social for having me on to talk festive Cohasset Punch drinks for this holiday season. Itโs not too late to pick up a bottle to bring to Thanksgiving! youtu.be/OZxZCcCrMS8
Managing the Cohasset Punch business page on Instagram is cool, because Iโll get a notification and assume somebody interacted with or commented on one of my posts.
Instead, itโs just HEREโS A POST YOU MIGHT LIKE ON *THREADS* and the post in question is like โSandwiches are dope ๐คฃ๐คฃโ
Another fun fact, freshwater freighters are built to last a long, long time, and had she not sunk, thereโs a good chance she would still be in service today. Her running mate on the fateful voyage, the SS Arthur M. Anderson, was six years older and is still afloat (though currently in layup).
Also, the guy it was named for (then-President of Northwestern Mutual Life) had a son also named Edmund Fitzgerald. The younger Edmund Fitzgerald co-founded the Milwaukee Brewers.
One thing I learned relatively recently is that the Fitzgerald actually had two passenger staterooms! They were typically used for officersโ families and company VIPs.
She was built that narrow to fit through the St. Lawrence Seaway if needed.
A bottle of Cohasset Punch liqueur
Got a bottle of @cohassetpunch.com to play with and to support a local Chicago business. Cheers!

A very happy #LaborDay to all workers โ especially those who get Cohasset Punch into your glass! Blenders who fill the bottles, printers who make the labels, truckers who deliver the cases, bartenders who serve the drinks, and so many more help bring this classic Chicago liqueur back to life.
I posted this before showing anybody first so that nobody could talk me out of it.
Sometimes simpler is betterโtry Cohasset Punch on the rocks.
Happy 87th anniversary to one of my favorite quotes about Cohasset Punch.
Still wish you could get Noilly Prat Original Dry in the States. Never had it, but really want to try it.
Theyโฆbuilt the Erie Canal to compete with Chicago? In 1825? Eight years before the โTown of Chicagoโ was incorporated with a population of 350? What an absolute joker.
โDicky Loveladyโ sounds like the catch phrase of a PG-13 Jerry Lewis character
I canโt quite explain it, but Threads in general seems to have a real โLinkedInโ type energy
