What a nightmare. The U.S. economy has been shedding jobs overall since April 2025. From May 2025 through February 2026, the net change in employment is now -19,000 jobs.
-92,000 jobs in February. "December was revised down by 65,000 to -17,000 and the change for January was revised down by 4,000 from +130,000 to +126,000."

Trump fired DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and replaced her with a Senator who once said kids born in the U.S. should be deported alongside their parents. Every senator who votes to confirm him owns the consequences.
Kristi Noem has done a stunning amount of damage and it’s good she’s gone.
But this doesn’t change the fact that we need a complete overhaul of DHS, impartial investigations into the killings of two American citizens, and information on children that were taken from Minnesota.
