Start by stating plainly "I am not happy"
Lesson 2:
Get your email flagged in the system by using words like "unprofessional", "escalate" & "legal action", in order to entice customer support to actually READ your email & take it seriously 😀

Been a long wait for my LAC application to be approved. The "expected response window" is now over & passed by like a full week, so it's now time to start emailing & complaining until something gets done 🙃
Bureaucracy is a bullshit game, but I play that bitch like the devil plays a fiddle 📑😈🎻
