Fallen Verto

A warring trio (a disembodied head with tendrils and antennae, a skeletal young man with long bangs and burning branches, and a scarred witch with a black-sleeved dress and long hair bun) emrge from fire and each hold and impale a living amalgamated slab of grotesque flagellants, all holding or twisting into barbed crucifixes, held up by a parade of other disembodied heads with tendrils, showing an emotional array of joy and sorrow.

Poem: Fanatical briar - whose thorns madden all - hold us within its pyre, - So we bear our shawl - o'brimstone and fire - bound as faith's thrall - trudging along this mire - and praying in our fall - the demise of the liar, - Whose creeds call - the thorns sire, - We dregs whom crawl - bellow as one criar - horns of unyielding gall, - For its twisted choir - nary a mercy forestall - justice most dire.
