More madness from the U19 Euros as, for the second time this tournament, Germany score 5 and fail to win.

Droylsden are shown, who are step 6.
Clapton CFC averaged 299 last season (according to NLM), which isn't high enough to make this list.
No league does drama quite like the London Underground League.
I'll definitely make it down to Market Road in 25/26.
An ordinary save revered because it was close to going in, which was nothing to do with Seaman.
It was an awful miss (actually two) but the save is one a parent would make from a toddler playing with a sponge ball in the hallway.
Show me another well-regarded save where the keeper is stood up.
The interior image is almost identical to San Mames.

Really fun morning in southwest Tirana. 10-0 wouldn't have been harsh, with the game played exclusively in the Azeri half.
A dog on the pitch is always a welcome sight.

There's a lift all the way up from the Metro platform at Casco Viejo ... but where's the fun in that?
Santutxu was my first Spanish ground, will always remember it. Not yet made it to Erandio though
Seen that it's Preston v Burnley in the FA Cup.
They've met in all four professional tiers, as well as the Football League Group Cup, Sherpa Vans Trophy, Leyland Daf Cup, League Cup, Autoglass Trophy and Auto Windscreens Shield but, despite both being in every edition since 1885, never the FA Cup.
Scenes in 2.Bundesliga tonight as Magdeburg - still without a home win all season - leapfrogged Hamburg to go top.

Revisiting this as Leicester-QPR has been moved to 2pm as Leicester Tigers are at home the same day. 15 different kickoff times now.

Unfathomable VAR intervention in the Dutch Eredivisie at the weekend.
PEC Zwolle score a 90th minute winner.
It's disallowed by the VAR for offside.
The offside was directly from a corner.
You cannot be offside directly from a corner.

Not clear. I wondered if it was to get the number of 3pm games below 50% so that the blackout no longer applies. The numbers don't add up though.

Magic restored
And some say the FA Cup has lost its magic?
I'm more confident about it - I don't think the 3pm legal stream target audience will be pulled away from lower/non-league games. Some, sure.
But that'll be more than offset by the continuing numbers turning away from top level football, ironically the lack of 3pm kickoffs being the biggest push
Fully agree with the last part, but anyone wishing to stream a top level 3pm game rather than go to a (lower/non-league) game already has that option.
The appeal of free, illegal streams vs paywalled, legal streams won't be as profound as feared. Other factors might mean it's barely noticeable
It's wishful thinking to expect removing the blackout means more games kicking off at 3pm 'because they don't need to be moved any more'.
Instead it's likely to open the door to a 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm schedule as seen in Spain eg
Fans have already become desensitised to back-to-back-to-back TV coverage.
It's easy to think games are moved to avoid the blackout but that's not the reality. It's so they can be watched in series - simply that Saturday 3pm isn't currently one of the slots.
