My life is on edge because of American choices. Same in countries all over the world, and it’s WORSE for y’all. Just accepting that is an option I simply could not choose.
At least in that situation you have a small semblance of a better landscape over the hellscape that quite literally the rest of the world also has to deal with. From there, you keep pushing for change. For good.
Unfortunately, the American two party system doesn’t allow for anything more than one or the other. Full stop. Independents rarely have what it takes to be the disruptor, so in my mind you simply have to go lesser of two evils and KEEP FIGHTING.
It doesn’t mean you walk away afterwards.
