I happened to click the hashtag and low and behold one of the first posts is someone else complaining about the same thing #UPS why do you work with #ATT to help them commit fraud?
If you have #ATT I encourage you to drop them. If you are considering them, don't. They are a nightmare.
I have never had worse customer service from any company than #ATT. Made up charges, billing for things they did, selling a phone but providing a cheaper one, lying and saying it wasn't returned (when we both have the UPS proof of delivery) so they can charge me for that too...
