Sad tonight to hear the great Howard Hughes has died 😢
Howard was so kind and helpful to me in 2006 when I came back to radio after a couple of years away and we worked together at Smooth FM. Back then there were just two Smooth stations - he did the London breakfast news and I did the North West.
