Tetris is such a good metaphor for life because I feel like the RNG/Universe keeps feeding me awful pieces that combined with my poor judgement f*ck up the board. I hope one day I'll get the right piece to clear up the board enough to get space to breathe.

I probably should have dusted it off before taking a photo, but I'm happy with how it came out! I also tried filming the process, but it took me so much time that I don't want to go through that much footage lol

Every once in a while I manage to finish an illustration that isn't work! Incredible!
Does anyone else feel the need to prove that they can draw difficult things, such as perspective or anatomy, but then can't really simplify/stylize it because they're stuck in a "I need to prove I can do it correctly" mentality? Is it just me?

I need to start a social media account where I post sightings of Cinzel because I s2g that font is everywhere, it's so overused and I'm so sick and tired of it. And yes, I've used it in the past, I'm ashamed of that, but it's been 10 years and this might be how I can redeem myself.
Oh, it also reminded me how often I would see Wicked-themed animation/concept design portfolios back when I was in high school and how cool they looked... Idk if they're that popular (ah) anymore, but I bet they're gonna come back in style
Overall the movie was good and it reminded me of that one time I did a deep dive into Oz's lore and how wild it was. I don't remember anything about it though, so maybe I should do it again...
I've just finished watching Wicked and Ariana Grande was so f funny, and I know I shouldn't be surprised because I've seen Quinton's retrospective of Victorious and Sam&Cat, and yet she still surprised me and I'm not even a fan. Though 2.40 hours of musical for a part 1 movie should be illegal
I'm going through an old art folder and this piece is pretty old (2016? I think) but I still like it so much. There's a rawness that, at the time, I was using to mask my lack of skills but I think it works well and I kinda miss it. It's weird to find something I could learn from my past self.
