Our OKU team recently won an award for the games outstanding visuals! I still remember the intense discussion that ultimately lead us to go for this art style. But in the end that is what counts: Creating something new and authentic!

It still is a truly magic activity to me. The way painting just switches you to a completely different state is quite astonishing.

I used to have a rule for the production of our first game Ecognomix: if a feature is too complex - as in requires multiple days to develop we don't do it.
This turned out to be pretty great to keep scope and complexity down. (Even though we obviously ignored it a few times)
I accidentally grew some millet on my balcony. 🤭 I now harvested it and am putting it in the freezer for the birds in the winter ❄️🐦⬛
Also got some winter salad seeds from my mom. Excited to see if I will manage to grow them! 🌿
