I'd argue that legality is a non-issue at this point.
Every American has problems with access. Accessing the politicians police and ICE agents responsible for terrorizing the country for one. If we don't gain access to these people to physically hold them accountable then all our rage is for nothing. This is the number one problem we are facing.
