My usual tricks of walking gently, taking time away from screens/hunched over and stuff, just isn’t working. Especially since work has been so busy, and I’m not someone who can put their foot down… so on Friday I was working 9am-9pm (usual hours are 9-5pm).
And my usual office space is now shared.
Anyone who deals with MSK stuff and/or fibro got any tips or tricks they use when there’s a flare up?
Resting is great but I can’t rest too long or my muscles get way too stiff and make it worse. This flare up has been running on longer than I want (thanks partly to stress).
