yeah i’m thinking about it. there is a location that’s not too far away but i’m not sure i’m up to whatever work is involved in being in a trial like that, especially if they require getting off other meds 🤷🏻‍♀️ but i might at least ask my sleep specialist about it

i feel like the only acceptable way to use AI scribes is to have both doctor and patient jointly review the visit notes at the end of the session to spot errors and omissions, but i expect that this rarely happens in practice

i also have ideopathic hypersomnia, which seems like a rather ironic diagnosis for someone with this much difficulty falling asleep. i’m on xywav for that, and that makes my sleep actually restful, but i still can’t seem to make any headway on falling asleep at a reasonable time

does this thing work for delayed sleep phase disorder too? i don’t think i’m non24, just super delayed, but nothing seems to work to let me reliably sleep before 2–3am (and sometimes even later). i’m currently doing low-dose melatonin around dinnertime but it only has a very mild effect
