It was a movie about a horror movie that was in the form of a documentary, but this time it’s a traditional horror movie.
I was 10 so I didn’t know what meta was but that was definitely meta.
I saw this one went it came out, but I have very vague memories of it compared to the first one.
Bit of a flop at the time but it’s actually a decent film, holds up well.
Real Fahrenheit 451 vibes.

What is the general opinion of the current military in regards to this war?
I’m sure there are some conscientious objectors, but I’m not going to assume what the military apparatus as a whole feels about it.
I think your average American probably worries about gas prices and terrorist attacks.
Like yeah, there were what we thought were extenuating circumstances so we didn’t exactly follow standard voting procedures we kind of just fast tracked it, there was very little time to act.
Why no, of course not at no point did we think to call 911. We simply devoured the problem, you’re welcome.
I guess I could tell the group that our neighbors are currently stockpiling a large amount of firearms and positioning for what looks like a possible blitzkrieg style assault and our only option is to attack them and consume their flesh. But we would still get in trouble afterwards.
Finding a bunch of people who agree with me is not democracy.
I mean we could have our own little democracy within a democracy but then our votes only bind those who are participating in our little democracy subdivision.
We cant vote to eat our neighbors, they’re not participating.
If the population is vastly in support of or against a specific issue, or war or trade deal and doing so doesn’t conflict with the constitution or human rights then in a democracy that’s what the government should do. Right? There’s leeway there but we want responsiveness not recklessness.
At the same time my government is being democratic when it passes legislation based on the will of the voters. That’s not required we don’t vote on everything, our representatives do. But they usually have a good understanding of what there voters would want.
It’s when they do what we don’t want
Democracy at least to me is an action, it’s not a designation.
I’m not participating in democracy when I’m working my job I’m in a free market which is subject to the regulations of our democracy
I’m participating in democracy when I vote or join a group of people who make decisions democratically
The fact that you’re only speaking in euphemisms tells me you’re no longer participating in an open exchange of ideas.
Not think, is.
We’re a democracy or we’re not.
You can have courts and procedures and voting and justice
Or you can have extrajudicial executions, and secret tribunals and cash payments and tyranny.
Your either participating in democracy or you’re doing something else.
