Iβd say what does the Labour gov think is gonna happen with trans people when you ban HRT but I reckon they genuinely do not think about it and just think weβll drop this whole βbeing transβ thing and see theyβre doing it for our own good
Anyone who believes the NHS are not murdering trans people are either:
A. A Transphobe
B. Seriously misinformed (they should go educate themselves)
C. Wes Trans Killer Streeting
yep, faragski continues to push the line you'd expect a clever man supported by putin to push.
Pretty accurate description tbh

Well, er⦠happy seventh anniversary to this tweet, I suppose
Gender identity and rights of asylum seekers 30. Approximately 50 countries afford legal recognition to a transgender personβs βgender identityβ. However, in many countries, trans people are excluded by society, and may face widespread discrimination, prosecution, harassment and violence. 31. People who face persecution on the basis of their gender identity can claim asylum in Britain.
The Grand Canyon doesn't get close to the vastness of the gulf between what British institutions (here the Judicial College) think trans existence here looks like and what trans lives are really like.
If HRT is not effective then why have thousands of trans people significantly benefited from it (myself included)?
I've asterisked "trans" because the NHS doesn't talk about trans healthcare. Revealing its ideological leanings, NHS England instead talks about people who are sick with the illness of "gender dysphoria," something of which, presumably, they should be cured.
If you've watched how NHS England - stuffed, as Kemi Badenoch explicitly told us, with her handpicked transphobes - does trans* healthcare you can't be surprised by this from @erininthemorning.com.
But still, it's an important service to see her lay it all out.
As a Labour MP put it to me, Wes Streeting looked around and said, 'well, not everyone can be on the boat.'
""I'm afraid I could be arrested if I travel to that state for your wedding and need to use the restroom at the venue ..."
The word 'Labour' in red letters with a bloody hand print.
I'm a parent, a grandparent, and a dog mum.
I'm a writer, a nature lover, and a local history lover who slowly travels the country on a little boat that I live on.
I do no harm to anybody. I just want to live out my little life in peace.
But Labour want me eradicated because I happen to be trans.
An archaeological trench showing various gullys and ditches. Some of these contain runs of short orange ceramic water pipes that fit together not unlike lego to create continuous lengths of pipe.
We're sure all you can think about today is that it's World Plumbing Day. π¨βπ§π¦
So here's the Palace plumbing - ceramic pipes that carried water around the formal gardens and fed fountains and ornamental basins and the like.

Increasingly of the opinion that the correct answer to the Trolley Problem is "fuck you, why are you so fixated on finding reasons to justify killing people?"
Pretty crazy how important the blockade of a trade route is right now
What, really, is happening is an attack on trans existence led by those in NHS England who Kemi Badenoch told us she appointed for their "gender critical" views, with Wes Streeting waiving it through because he lacks the desire to take on the Far / Right press his politically reliant on.
Extract from Impact Assessment. NHS England is separately reviewing the evidence for the use of MAF in adults with gender dysphoria, with the aim of a consultation on the evidence later in 2026.
Given that every 'evidence review' under Labour is conducted to 'build the evidence case against' can there be any real doubt about how this ends?
The complete removal from the NHS, and possible criminalization, of all medication for trans people.
This is a *fantastic* meme, and I chuckled. But let's be honest, all the dorks who complained about the opening scroll of The Phantom Menace have never opened a history book in their lives.
β οΈ PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING: We believe NHS England and DHSC policy on transgender healthcare shows signs of ideological capture by the gender critical movement. Current decisions risk serious harm to trans people and undermine evidence-based care.

If you like spaceships and yuri, you might like The Sojourn Audiodrama. Alas, it does suffer from a lack of birds. Other than that, though, it is very good.
States revoking IDs of trans people which puts them in legal danger, federal laws proposed to classify anything to do with trans people as sexually explicit at a time where the prison system is doing forced detransition of inmates should be setting off alarm bells to even Blue Wall types, right?
Yeah, it's definitely something I've been considering.
As someone who's not yet in HRT (heck I've not even begun transitioning yet, and I'm still trying to come out of the closet) I'm genuinely terrified I'm never going to get the chance to be on HRT before the government bans it.....
I genuinely don't know what I'd do if they do ban it....
Before you ask, yes I am a bit of a Romaboo, and yes I like the Roman Republic.
Should we try and emulate the Roman Republic in everything? No absolutely not that would be a terrible idea. But did it have a few good ideas? Yes, and I think there's a lot to learn from them.
But the whole thing with two Consuls instead of one, was a pretty good idea.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that in my opinion having two equal leaders instead of one (be it presidents, prime ministers, whatever) would be healthier for democracy.
