that’s totally understandable, and i always like seeing what people (esp you and others i follow) post or want to say. it’s hard working through this kind of conditioning for sure. i’m glad you’ve been finding some sort of peace regarding it lately! (ooooh thank you! i’m excited ☺️)

this is probably and over explanation and perhaps too much information, but i feel very guilty about self-promo posting and running. and then i feel dejected about other types of posting. idk. brain has set it up so i can’t win because that is how my life was for 27 years + some months. i am only 28

i am working on these things, i have only had the space to navigate life in a non-abusive environment for only 9 months and that really has informed the way i act or self-perceive. no one on my feeds have told me i’m uninteresting or annoying. this is coming from being abused most of my life
