In earlier footage, we see what appears to be the same man (same hat) pull out a handgun to threaten an observer during an arrest.
Y'all seem to be missing part of the point. That's on me for not being clear enough.
These are unidentified men who could be DHS or not. Can't tell.
They are using a van w/a fake business.
They fired a weapon at protestors (pepperball at feet).

Definitely a lot of incompetence happening here. I don't think it's firing a metal bullet. I was trying to confirm to see if any protestors were hit with pepperballs from these agents, given that one was trying to fire at what looks like head-level
I mean, one of the people who's having pepperballs shot at their feet barely reacts to it. Doesn't mean it didn't happen.
Yeah, to be clear. From the footage, we DO see pepperballs being fired (from another guy), and this guy with the handgun does pull a trigger multiple times.

I'll note that I can see that the man pulls the trigger multiple times. Still trying to confirm that shots were fired and what was hit.
Sherriffs did arrive on scene after, as shown in the video.
These guys and the van appear to have been spotted earlier, arresting someone, I think before the above incident. I believe this video here was taken March 3rd.

All I can hope for is that platforms like Instagram do something about this. Thousands of users are falling for this AI based accounts with seemingly no repercussions to these scammers.
