¿Tuvo Sturzenegger asesoramiento de especialistas en farmacología, mecanismos regulatorios, bioprocesos y buenas prácticas de manufacturación para tomar estas medidas imprudentes? Lo dudo. Su justificación ha sido solo ideológica: menos regulaciones mejor, eliminar costos de importadores. Nada más.
¿Qué detendría ahora a esta empresa en India de exportar a Argentina los lotes afectados que EEUU no aceptaría CON LA MISMA DOCUMENTACIÓN TRUCHA? Nada. Argentina no inspecciona ni amenaza con inspeccionar. “Bueno, nos guiamos por la FDA”. ¿Y quién lo hace, ANMAT, el importador, yo? NADIE.
¿Por qué es importante? Sturzenegger dice que alcanza con que la empresa en India muestre que produce con normas GMP, buenas prácticas de manufactura. Bueno, esta empresa obviamente exportaba a EEUU con la documentación correspondiente, pero la FDA inspecciona sin aviso porque… obvio, se miente
