Before you head out on your journey, Professor Oak makes sure you understand the basics.

But my other path started long before that.
At 4 years old, my cousin handed me a Game Boy with Pokรฉmon on it.
I was hooked.
Pokรฉmon became my way to connect, escape, and grow.

After heart surgery and cardiac rehab, fitness gave me my life back.
I fell in love with movement, progress, and rebuilding.
So I pursued Exercise Science.
Became ACSM certified.
Turned pain into purpose.

We didnโt choose the path of being a Trainer. It chose us.
For me, I walk two paths.
