I am deeply disappointed to see the passage of Trump’s big ugly bill. While too many RIers are already struggling to keep up with rising prices, this bill makes everything harder. It guts Medicaid and food assistance and will blow a bigger hole in our state budget. This is cruel and mean.
Missing appointments. Late school arrivals. Hour-long detours. Small businesses struggling. These aren’t just hassles - it’s hurting RI families & our economy. We need real accountability and oversight for our infrastructure. Rhode Islanders deserve better.
