The Trump Admin continues to abuse its power in its bad faith crusade to subpoena gender-affirming care records β this time from QueerDoc.
Weβre opposing.
Weβll continue to stand up for Americansβ rights to privacy & protect transgender individualsβ access to crucial care.
On Friday a group of 25 former DOJ officials who served under admins of both parties filed a brief in support of plaintiffs in QueerDoc v. DOJ, arguing it was correct for a district court to quash DOJβs subpoena seeking extensive internal documents and confidential patient records from QueerDoc.
It's all about community! π
Jesse, π. This work is an honor. Marsha P, Sylvia, R, and Miss Major have taught us well. The legacies of our transcestors speak to us every day. We were able to stand up to the DOJ because of community and love: legal support, security support, hot meals, and warm hugs. We save each other.

Despite gender-affirming care being supported by decades of research and many major medical associations, Secretary RFK Jr. sent a letter yesterday warning professionals to instead rely on a lie-filled 400 page report recently released from HHS. www.cnn.com/2025/05/28/h...

BREAKING: A Montana court extended its pause on a new anti-trans bathroom ban through May 16th, allowing transgender and intersex people in the state to continue to use the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity.
Reposting this for the morning crowd: if you're on androgel, check you lot numbers. There's a carcinogen in it.
1. A major bill protecting trans people just passed in Washington.
It makes insurers cover 12-month supplies of HRT which can be obtained at pharmacies, allowing trans people to stockpile medication to outlast supply disruptions.

Tomorrow is the deadline to submit comments to protect gender affirming care as an essential benefit in ACA (Obamacare) plans.
These proposed rules will also push DACA folks off of plans, make it harder to get enrolled, and make it harder to keep your enrollment if you miss a payment.
1. Major victory in Montana.
17 Republicans crossed party lines after a strong speech from Representative Howell to defeat a bill that would have charged parents, even those passing through the state, with felony child endangerment for their trans youth.

Major alert: Montana may be about to pass a major anti-trans bill that charges parents with felony endangerment of a child if their child is on trans youth care.
It would apply to parents just passing through the state, visiting.
Would be the first law of its kind to pass anywhere.
Vote is TODAY.
