The Most Chilling Detail in the U.S. Attack on an Iranian Naval Ship The Iranian warship was taking part in an international exercise with many other countriesβ€”including the United States.

This is a chilling crime. A shame on our country. The Iranian ship was unarmed. The US knew this. The sailors were murdered by our navy, and the survivors were left to die at sea.

Bonus 214: Emergency Relief from State Courts At a moment in which the Supreme Court's emergency docket is *already* busier than ever, Monday's stay grant in the Malliotakis case wrongly expands it to encompass countless state-court rulings, too.

Monday night’s #SCOTUS ruling in the Malliotakis cases necessarily expands the Court’s ability to grant emergency relief in cases coming from *state* courts.

As today’s bonus β€œOne First” explains, that’s both a really big deal and one that’s based on a deeply disingenuous portrayal of the facts:

What worries me here is that the people mistaking this for the Batman symbol might actually be all the YOUNGER people on here.

Have we reached the point where Wu-Tang is "music for old people"?

(RZA is 56 now for example, fwiw)

I understand why some people might think the symbol on the left is Batman but if you know what the Wu-Tang clan symbol looks then like you know that this is either a very skillfully-drawn Wu-Tang forever sign or an absolutely terribly-drawn Batman forever sign.
