If I take simple ping as a marker, I have 6ms to app.hey .com server (104.18.5.243).

I think Hey .com has this stack as well and it's really slow. Not sure if it's because I'm in east Europe but I'm really disappointed about it. And it's not because of HW or connection, 350 mbps Wifi or 500 mbps 5G connection. I hope native.live will be faster
A good overview of things you really want to know about PostgreSQL by @hibachrach.com

Hmm. I donβt get it, from year perspective 12k vs 50k. Or do you mean that this small cost can be lost in paperwork so you just forget about it same as Netflix subscription?
You can take these topics and invite some other developers from known companies to introduce them and discuss that topic. I started similar way podcast in my language.
There are some updates:
"This release address by introducing a compiler lock, ensuring that only a single operating system running Elixir compiles your project at a given moment"
github.com/elixir-lang/...
oooh, that would be nice, any info about it?
probably only preparing for new release.... I was too fast...
Elixir 1.18 is out

My guess: lack of time and energy after so much negative approach from some people from community (Slack fights,β¦)

Just a semi-regular reminder that I have an Elixir Devs starter-pack - if you're not there, let me know! 77 fine #ElixirLang folks are there already and I have a feeling there's more!

Really good reading about technical details how LiveView works with main features.
Partly I'm sad to see how features-full framework it is, now dev will not have to invent new approaches for their issues because LV+ Elixir/Erlang handle them. #myelixirstatus

Some good tips for cyber Monday deals? No small indie devs, I don't support deals for them, only full price.
Still same. So many βnewsβ which are not here. I donβt mean it ironically. But itβs going to be better I hope.
Wife like Symprove, but expensive. I just ordered my favorite from Puori. All should be available around the globe
I had a lot of issues, sensitive on everything. But after some good probiotics now I can eat and drink everything.
Interesting I had insomnia for 8 years with about 4h of sleep per day average so I knowβ¦ but itβs interesting how you are sensitive on it. Is it same with coffee? Because coffee and tea are very different. Do you take some probiotics?
Some info about it from this video, but it's in Czech language www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAes...
Yeah and not saying how important is preparation of tea. I have plan to buy proper stuff to make it but no space in kitchen yet. Check this Gyokuro if you don't know about it already. It's crazy
www.youtube.com/watch?v=04kR...
Kukicha is different but nice, from common maybe Pu-erh or Oolong. But I think it caffeine content depends on process and origin. I had problem with drinking coffee but no problem with Gyokuro.
Glass of warm pure water + gyokuro tea + waking before kids
I little bit bigger than I expected so I hope it will not be empty, two more stages on conference tomorrow.
Well, another blog post is coming. This time more Elixir than the last one about PostgreSQL. Not too much Elixir code but there will be public GitHub repo available. Hope it will help more people to fix some popular issues. #myelixirstatus
That can be some kind of selling point. "Make MVP fully production", "Do not invest twice", etc... but the biggest point against this it's that most of people want to do validation phase which can show bigger pivot or even closing whole project.
Exactly + "I don't care if it's fast or not, nobody expect to be...." All other stuff will be "next step". Which is basically up-sale for most of them. Everybody knows that MVP is not fully mature product and it has to be fully reinvested so nobody want to invest a lot of this step.
My presentation is done, mostly on the SQL part of my article on Search is not magic with PostgreSQL. 34 slides, 40 minutes presentation, room for 200 people, 900 "sold" tickets on local conference. I will try to mention Elixir to get more believers
