Depends on the line!
I would start it out with a more hollow sound, and slowly introduce vocal fry until reducing into a whisper. It would be really great if the last word ended with an “S”, because then it could be held, and fade into a sound effect of rushing sand.

I’ve heard it said that sharks kill less people than cows every year, so you shouldn’t be afraid of them, but I feel like if people weren’t at all scared of sharks, and swam near them regularly, that statistic wouldn’t be correct anymore.
