Unfortunately, we’re still on hiatus. Our director, @madcapmaddie.bsky.social, needed to replace her AC unit and hasn’t recovered the cost yet. This development might effect the format we’re going with in the future- 🧵
We were hoping to finally get the show released this year, but we were unprepared for the latest road block. We apologize to those who were looking forward to our show.
We at Daemon Detective: Skyla have some bad news. For circumstances beyond our control, we are halting production. We’re not able to continue at this time.
Does that mean our show is done for good? We’re hoping not. Maybe one day we can get off the ground, but we’re not in the position to right now
I just realized we never had an update from our original (and sadly unsuccessful) Kickstarter from 2023. Two years of radio silence for our handful of backers from then was too long. Figured it’s time for some transparency.
