My K-3q had a run around the club on Friday.
Her top speed is lower than Id like but that would require a full rebuild to change.

I got it down to about 10 minutes per side, but its still fiddly.

4 wheel 'bobber' caboose in grey primer.

To go with my coal jennies, I bought a bachmann bobber caboose.
Modifications were simple, remove molded lanterns and replace with brass castings.
Next is paint.

Oh thats an incredible layout

NYC&HR coal jennies stacked unrealistically in a pyramid shape.

Jennies are slowly getting decals. 5 done, 5 to go.
The decals are very thin and react very quickly to microsol so unfortunately some were messed up in the process. Annoying, but once theyre weathered it shouldnt be too noticable.
