Without my reading glasses and on my tiny phone screen, the ”Work” menu looked like the “HORK” menu. That’s what my job will be, whatever tasks are under the “HORK” menu.

Around 1999/2000 I worked at an Apple computer reseller, high school job. One of my coworkers who had to be at least 40 had one of the first multiple desktop set ups I had ever seen. TBF I think the engineers’ management understood what they were saying well enough, they just caved to political pressure. I’m betting at least some of those managers came up through the ranks starting as engineers themselves.
