For context: I play netball once a fortnight (not this week obviously).

Last time I played, I played centre for about 1/4 of the hour session, and my average heart rate?

Spent the week poorly with a cold. Woke up feeling a bit better today (day 5!) so thought I’d try a strength workout with lighter dumbbells and a bit less effort so I don’t push too much.

Average heart rate was 117.

Another OOH appointment failing to show.
