Return-to-office (RTO) mandates lead to abnormally high employee turnover, especially for female/more senior/more skilled employees.

Had a great discussion yesterday about how #AI can/should/will interact with different personas. Should AI "presume" someone has an addictive personality? Does that safeguard the person, put them at risk, or infringe their privacy? #ethics
