We updated our record of people immigration agents have killed or caused to die since Trump took office in January 2025.
As of today, agents have killed at least 28 people in the field and 48 people in custody.
One of the dumbest ideas? Building with paper, which is dry wall, more or less.
It's awful. It's a total purge.
Not naming names as they are not all public, but the trends are unmistakable: esteemed, accomplished, extremely productive (re: excellent scholars) are being denied tenure, usually by the university president.

After reading the Gavin Newsom New Yorker profile, I learned that Newsom sometimes lets his hair down and without that hair grease (never when he is politicking). Someone needs to tell him that going gel-free is the way to go.
