It is a work of musical genius and that’s that - each song goes on beautifully to the next. If that’s a concept album so be it. And that’s from someone who’s not a “girlie”.

Thanks. In fact I’m currently listening to this and was thinking the main character reminded me of the protagonist from Any Human Heart - whose name I’ve forgotten.
Oh and Any Human Heart I always thought was a masterpiece.
Latest album as in the one we all listened to 3 months ago?
And who calls themselves “girlies”? HOW RUDE.
Have you listened to it yet or are you still refusing to for reasons unknown?
This looks positively European - but it's right here in London ! Must have a wander down to enjoy some dining al fresco
@letsgetcracking.bsky.social imagine it now! It looks lovely.
I would genuinely love to roller skate here. I wish I still had a pair!
Quiet streets in Westminster klaxon! 🚨🚨
A road has been closed, and residents have finally got the peace and quiet that they’ve wanted. A great place to visit if anyone fancies going rollerskating or similar …
“My thoughts were, ‘ah another great scheme from cabinet member @maxsullivan.bsky.social!” She says.
And if you can zoom in, you can read the piece.
A shout out to Westminster’s Helen Jones here. While a residents association and a former MP mounted a campaign against a protected cycle lane in Lancaster Gate last month, Helen wrote a letter of support to her local paper, which was duly published.
Campaigning takes many shapes ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻
Crikey @plaistovian.bsky.social - are these the sorts of cyclists you have in Newham? I better get myself down there! They don’t look much like this in Haringey …
New cycle lane alert - building underway for Westminster’s first stepped tracks - same as a kerbed cycle lane I think.
Bravo @maxsullivan.bsky.social and team!!
Huge well done to @maxsullivan.bsky.social for his brilliant work with side zebras.
I saw these tulips for the first time yesterday! Meant to take a photo but was in a rush
This is a BRILLIANT thread - all about what Westminster has been up to of late with regards to active travel, and why Westminster residents should write to the leaders of the main parties re the future …
Anyone know any Westminster locals? If so please send this their way 🙌🏻🙌🏻
This is why people need @ajdaovat.bsky.social to stand up for them as she’s doing
Drivers clashing with knives and crossbows. People feeling their calls for change ignored.

I wonder why people in North Tottenham are calling for ch - oh

I love modal filters
It’s good to see this action. Residents demanding that traffic is dealt with - from homes being hit by motor traffic to high speed crashes to rat running.
Councillors listening and demanding change from those in cabinet. Bravo @ajdaovat.bsky.social. People on the ground want change here.
If you ever want to do posts with some pics of them, I know a good app for covering faces if you need xx Would be fab to hear their stories!
Well lots of the teens have cycling parents 😀 which I guess makes a difference but I think they see the freedom to chose your journey, timing, clothing etc which is what we all love about it. Limes have their issues ofc but have transformed the idea of casual cycling.
We love your counters @telraam.bsky.social ! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
That’s wonderful!
I started cycling everywhere when I was seven by myself because my town had built bike paths n the sidewalk. It is still making my life incredible, and now I help kids cycle in NYC.
It’s all great to hear!

That’s great to hear what’s happening in Southwark Sadie! And thank you for sharing my thread. Do you have some inspiring trailblazers there who have been making a difference?
Joyous and important thread about kids #cycling in #London, can also report teens (yes, including girls!) regularly using bikes to get home at night, to/from school and generally around Southwark. Often Lime bikes, which have changed the game for that age group.
We should be investing heavily 🚲
It’s a pointing thumb. 👍🏻
