The pressure from Moscow in 1991 was incredibly high. Support for #Lithuania ๐ฑ๐น came only from ordinary foreign people.
Moscow lies, manipulates, terrorizes and looks for an opportunity to wash everything with blood, while the West is afraid, doesn't understand and speaks ambiguously.
Like #Ukraine now, #Lithuania ๐ฑ๐นwas important to them only to extent that we interfered with maintaining a stable situation in Moscovy

Kazys Ladiga was a Lithuanian general and one of the first volunteer officers of the Lithuanian army. He commanded the "Vilkmergฤ Group" during Lithuanian-Soviet war in 1918. When soviets occupied Lithuania in 1940 he was sentenced to death and executed the same year.
