I do prefer the system, to be honest. I've just barely played it.
Favorite edition of D&D? I love how easy 5E is for players to get started, but I love the sheer amount of choice and theorycrafting in 3.5E!

How important is creativity to you in #TTRPGs? I've always homebrewed most things in terms of running games - setting, story, monsters. I've never run a module and while I may pick up a book from time to time, running a pre-written adventure would just seem like a wasted opportunity to create to me.
I played the Infinity Engine games around the turn of the millennium, but my first TTRPG was 3.5E 🙂
