Telling friends about @elysemyers.bsky.social's book "That's a Great Question, I'd Love to Tell You". I said, "She's a great writer. She sings amazingly, is funny, smart, paints well, and seems genuinely delightful. I feel like I could build a pillow fort and she'd sit with me in it and read books.
Now that I've read the @elysemyers.bsky.social memoir, I guess I get why some folks had feelings. The choice of title to leverage her notoriety was probably the right sales move, but, while it's a frequently humorous account, this isn't slapstick or even a humor-dominant read. It's more emotional.

I've been told that @elysemyers.bsky.social mentioned Christmas Adam on Instagram. I believe that I invented the term sometime in the late 80s or early 90s, and for years I have been having a small party on Dec 23 where we eat Chinese Food. It is fun to see people using the term.
