Just bottled my bretted Baltic Porter. Kinda wish I had the ability to force carb because it tastes great right now and I know it's going to change. My bretted plum grisette is ready so will bottle that tomorrow. Next brew is a Lapsang lictenhainer, will probably stick some brett in too.

Went to B&Q to look at paint, came out with a £10 clearance corkscrew hazel (it has been pointed out that these paint colours sound like Burnt Mill beer names).

My brother's nickname is fish head (for reasons I've never figured out). We used to sing that to him.
