Earlier this week I successfully canceled our DSL without cancelling our landline.
It took 3 hours of talking to customer service. At one point one of the 2 customer service reps I spoke to had to call a different company’s customer service because her computer was glitching.
I deserve a medal.

Seeing this visualization has been really impactful for me. There were times when people tried to come at us sideways for claiming this is *different* and massive in a way that we hadn't seen other places. But it really really has been.
