On September 25, 2024,Australia,Canada,Germany & Netherlands announced that they will take steps to file a case against Afghanistan for violating CEDAW to the @CIJ_ICJ. Almost a year later we know little about its progress.

Afghan women do not deserve what they are exposed to in the past 4 years by a militant group Taliban. The ICC arrest warrant is an important news in the middle of everything that is hurting us. ICC must also investigate other crimes and violations in Afghanistan.
ICC issued arrest warrants for Haibatullah and Haqqani- in the middle of all darkness, this is a positive news. Congratulations to all activists who tirelessly worked to make this happen.
