This is a pretty rough sketch, but I'm experimenting with more "organic" pen settings in Krita. I've always used the G pen, and I'm still using it, but I decided to add more curves and stuff to make the size more varying.

Even if I did live in one of those countries, it's likely my art would be too shitty or smutty to qualify for any sort of artist status. I don't want the pressure of making anything I can sell as family friendly or politically friendly...
If I could get basic income and just draw and write, I probably wouldn't pursue this CS degree and a computer programming career. I'm very jealous of those who live in countries with art grants and such. I've given up on any art CAREER long ago. A career is just a necessary evil for survival.

I don't think anyone's art is completely unbiased. I certainly draw young adults more than elderly people, for example, but contrast is so important in character design. People look different than each other.
