Anyone whose name you write in that notebook will have a FANTASTIC day!" Panel 03: Shen turns his head slightly, now looking at you, the viewer. Panel 04: Shen is looking at you with a devious, evil smile, the book open and pen in hand. His eyes are red, like the Shinigami Eyes from Death Note, which allow you to see someone's name by looking at them.
