The RSPCA Assured certification scheme, condones the routine suffering and killing of millions of chickens, cows, pigs, sheep, turkeys, and their babies, each year across the UK.

My wife is great in so many ways. Why can't she go vegan? She has seen the videos. She has seen that our health is not better with animal corpses but without it. It is saddening and frustrating. She eats 90% plants and buys cruelty free products most of the time. I just don't get it.

Just in case someone else is going through the same thing I am. I have been very anxious and depressed lately. I am unplugging from most social media and anything on Trump as it is causing me physical pain as well as mental. You are not alone. Take care of yourselves first.
Vegetarian? When I think of vegetarian, I think of those that still consume animals. Do they mean a 100% plant-based diet or one that is aligned with veganism?
