So I discovered last night a very valuable lesson with @steampowered.com - their patching process is horrendous. It takes hours to update some games and strictly updating only. After waiting 2 hours I eventually just uninstalled the game and re-installed, took maybe 15 mins this way. Wtf?!

Thats way sooner than my shoulder and I had to beg my surgeon to clear me, kept advising me based on my profession and not my hobbies. By 3 months is expected for injuries not needing surgery.
I'd say if none of the physio exercises were uncomfortable, they didn't put enough stress on it. 🫤
That really sucks, did they have you putting off physio for a long period after the injury? That happened to me with my shoulder, was told I should have been treating it months sooner. Made sure to not repeat that mistake with my ankle, also saw a sports physio/chiro and I'm for the most part healed
