The truth is identity. It’s what your brain truly/subconsciously feels. Both are things peoples identity as, it just is what it is mostly.

Yes, the same reason we shouldn’t call trans people “a woman with a dick” or “man who thinks they’re a woman” (sorry for crassness lol). We accept biologically humans are bipeds but we also understand that it doesn’t work for all. We understand humans are cis except some who aren’t.
I’m aware O isn’t a chromosome, but people with only one X can be developed as either ‘male’ or ‘female’, though mostly ‘female’. But turner syndrome proves sex isn’t defined by chromosomes since they can develop as either.
