My husband of 30 years died last month, at 56. I'm broken. He was a disabled combat vet, I had become his caregiver over the last 6 years of his declining health issues. It was always me and him against the world. I miss him terribly and am frightened of life without him, especially in these times.

Yes, because this regime has been calling ALL non-MAGA the Enemy Within for a couple of years now. I'm surprised it took so long for them to normalize. Notice though, the more widespread uproar didn't really occur until after a white MAN was killed, as they felt it easy to demonize a woman.
