Yeah, very much so. Plus the classic mistake: not understanding that bullies like Russia see any holding back as weakness. They only respect strength.

Strange. Plenty of it happening here in Australia.
If we’d all supported Ukraine properly at the start, a lot of things would be different.
One is passive acceptance, the other is a direction to travel.
I thought it was a corporation. No internal democracy. I’m assuming I’m wrong?
And then add the lot of people asking questions about whether you are making enough money to live off as if it was any of their damn business.
Basically, take the amount of money you think your favorite author gets, halve it, and then halve it again, and you have a number that's probably a lot closer to their actual earnings from writing.
"But I don't think they make that much!"
Halve that. Halve it again.
Not sure if it’ll be a tipping point, but it will certainly accelerate the change. I bet every car yard selling EV will bring it up to potential buyers.
I’m 100% the same. Mob movies do nothing for me. If I can’t care for any of the characters, why watch.
Tall wild grass and gum trees with a blue sky.
Parkrun this morning. A bit over 40 mins for 5k which was a bit slow, but I’m glad I did it.

I love a comedy news show having an investigative element. Well done, The Naked Week. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...
It frustrates me that the Greens don’t ever seem to provide detailed biographies for their candidates.
I do things like Supanova because they’re where I sell my books. I’ve never been to Pax despite being a lifelong gamer. I should check it out sometime. I hope you have a lot of fun.
I was thinking that it mirrors the power dynamic of women dealing with men. The AI is more ‘strong’ and doesn’t necessarily recognise people as its equal.
How does this play with stories about people making AI? Seems closer to the women’s concern about men.
The House of Lords Digital & Communications Committee just published their report on AI, copyright & the creative industries, and their conclusions could not be clearer.

I’m listening to the audiobook. Love it so far.
I can only assume Bottoms is battle hardened from years of school bullying.
I’d love to have to do that, and I’d hate to have to do that.
D’oh! I knew I was doing something wrong. 😅 But yes. It’s exploring, considering, anticipating, risk taking, and more.
Rolled paper with written sections stuck on, paper with handwritten notes. Pens. All on a dining table.
I ran out of digital outline, so I’m having to go back to my rough notes and put one together. Though I’ve ended up outlining the next chapter in detail on three handwritten pages. Better get back to the big picture!

The pics has uni-ball pens in the following colours: black, blue, green, red, pink, orange.
My preferred pens. Yes, uni-ball, this author is open to a sponsorship deal…
And a big revelation about the past.
And the solution to the phage doesn’t seem viable:
Limping out of orbit. Poor spaceship is not in good shape. Neither are the ‘crew’.
I’m still listening to the audiobook.
Weapons of mass distraction
Fuel is likely to go up, so it’s not crazy for people to get a full tank. Should help EV sales.
I don’t think all of NATO supports the actions of the US…
