RE fan who also watched BCS here. It's pretty funny, lol.

76. Digimon Battle Spirit 2 (2002) (REPLAY)
This one's a fair improvement over the first one with better balancing by far. While the gameplay remains mostly the same with some minor tweaks, it's a fun kind of simple and the fights feel a lot more intense because of the revised design philosophy.

75. 28 Weeks Later (2007)
This movie that was, in fact, not released 28 weeks after the first one, features more zombie action than the first and to that end I probably enjoyed it a little more. It also ends with zombies in France, which is an insane way to finish your movie.

74. 28 Days Later (2002)
One of the more intimate zombie movies I've seen, and a little more lowkey when it comes to the iconic monsters. It's dark in its own way though, and damn Cillian Murphy is great in this role. Can't believe the 9th Doctor is evil now.

Genuinely a bone-chilling experience. It's masterful at maintaining a subtle horror without having people get waxed every ten seconds or excessive amounts of gore. Instead, Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal delivers a performance that in and of itself gives you chills.

72. Starship Troopers (1997)
Not sure how people don't realize this is satire, but it is. It's also got some surprising violence for something that's not a horror movie. I enjoyed it- Even if again, I dunno how people don't get it.

71. Night of the Living Dead (1990)
Never seen the original, but all things considered, this is a solid remake. As a fan of zombie flicks, this one is definitely up there as far as they go. It's a shame they killed Tony Todd, though. Damn.

70. Summer Wars (2009) (REWATCH)
I may not like it as much as Our War Game, but it's still the absolute GOAT and my 2nd favorite anime film of all time. It just kicks all kinds of ass in all ways, animation, characters, music, plot, it's just a very complete package that I love to pieces.

69. Left 4 Dead 2 (2009)
Been playing this with some friends so I might as well add it here. It is absolute chaos and in the most fun way possible, especially with mods. And it leads to some of the funniest fucking out of context moments you could ever imagine.

68. Cell VS Metal Sonic - DEATH BATTLE! (2026)
This blows Yusuke VS Ichigo completely out of the water. The animation quality is insane and the fight was mostly well-paced, plus I thought the analysis was really solid. I kinda wish the opposite outcome happened cause of pettiness, but it was good.

67. Metropolis (2001)
The production value is so good I couldn't believe this masterpiece was made 25 years ago. Love to see Tezuka's classic style animated so well, and it might be my favorite story he's ever told. Props.

66. Day of the Dead (1985)
This really makes me wish we got to see George Romero's Resident Evil. What a fantastic zombie flick. It was also nice seeing Joseph Pilato in action for this one. I love zombies and this hit all the right spots for me.

65. Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017)
Great film. As goofy as it is, it's the funny kinda goofy and I gotta appreciate it for that. I'm a 12 year-old who laughs at stupid humor so maybe I found it funnier than most do, but still, this one has a lot of charm and a lot of heart.

Is it sexist? Very. The more you learn about Charles Moulton the more you realize he's kind of a gooner- This is more a piece of history than something you should consider contemporary comic work, but that applies to most of these old origin stories.

63. Resident Evil: Death Island (2023)
Outside of Jill being out of character as hell, this is a solid action flick I enjoy the hell out of. Leon was my main reason for being here and he was cool, and seeing the gang get together was sick so I can't complain. Great movie.

62. Digimon Adventure 02: Hurricane Landing/Transcendent Evolution! The Golden Digimentals (2000) (REWATCH)
That's a mouthful. The redub made me appreciate this one a lot more compared to before, because now I can see the much more heartfelt and darker story for what it is without OG dub-isms.

61. Resident Evil Requiem (2026)
This might just be my number 3 in the entire series now. Phenomenal gameplay that manages to balance the Leon parts and the Grace sections exceptionally well, along with the gold standard RE level design. It's just a heartfelt treat for all RE fans.

60. Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming (1994) (REWATCH)
This movie is ridiculous. Broly shows up on Earth because he somehow survived, beats the fuck out of everyone including Videl for some reason, Krillin cosplays Piccolo, and then Goku's spirit descends from heaven to kill Broly. What the fuck.

Markiplier isn't just a great director, he fucking kills it in his lead role for this movie too. I have to give props for the production here, it's unreal. Absolutely incredible job on their part, this is the best horror game film adaptation I've ever seen.

58. Digimon Adventure: Our War Game! (2000) (REWATCH)
The 2024 dub is a much more faithful adaptation of the original masterpiece, even if I also like the old dub. Anyway, this movie is still the GOAT, an action flick that kicks all kinds of ass and has the most aura of any anime film I've seen.

57. Digimon Adventure (Film) (1999) (REWATCH)
FINALLY watched the 2024 re-dub. Nostalgia goggles off, this is definitely a more faithful dubbing of a timeless classic. This movie is a fantastic example of a kaiju action flick that's laser-focused on the main experience with no fluff. No notes.

56. Captain America #5 (1941)
Back when Cap was fighting the Nazis before he was frozen, it's pretty interesting stuff. Instead of teaming up with Iron Man and Thor to take on Thanos he's attacking Nazi camps and fighting sea dragons. It can be a little racist, it's weird, but given the timeframe...

55. Resident Evil 4 - Separate Ways (2023)
THIS is how you do a DLC correctly. Extra story context, new gameplay elements that keep things fresh while giving you more of the original experience, all-new enemies and bosses, and a runtime of several hours to top it off. Fantastic stuff.

Super Broly may be my favorite DB movie now, but this and the experience of watching it as a kid will forever hold a special place in my heart. It's a badass action flick with one of the coolest (ha) villains in anime history. He's just Cooler.

52. Captain America #1 (1940)
Not as surprised with this one as I was with Superman, but maybe that's just the prior knowledge I had of what to expect based on readings of Superman. It's the origin story we all know already with no added flavor, just the straight details.
