So, my doctor told me to make a list of symptoms so that I could discuss them with the endocrinologist, and honestly, all of the symptoms can (and often were) dismissed by saying that diet and exercise are the only cure. All but this. This is a video I made on 12/2/24.

White America ™️ loves to divorce Black people from the things that they create, love adopting Black artist into temporary white status.
They are allowed to be proud of their perseverance and that is what that performance was: a testament to the unbounded spirit of Black people (specifically southern Black people). This celebration would not lead to jingoism, no one would call for bombs over Baghdad because of that creole cowboy lady
And telling Southern Black people that they shouldn't be proud of the fact that they are staying afloat and still fighting like hell to make America the nation it says it is: fuck you, frankly. Without them, this place would be a fascist hellscape 100x over. A beige wasteland of conformity.
Regarding Black America, specifically Southern Black America, it is nice when the fruits of your labor are recognized. For a group of people who are often maligned and disregarded, the biggest pop star in the world saying "i see you and all you are and what we could be" means something.
