Episode 3 of the One Piece season 2 live action and it's still so good. I love that they lean in the weird stuff Oda put in. The costumes, the hairs, the laughs, everything is awesome.

"On monte en gramme".
it's yet another connected toy, which is meh, but still no screens, and the kid really loved playing with the set today. I hope it sticks in the long run.
I understand it's a test run for LEGO, and I hope they expand the tools. the SBs can be connected to bluetooth so it would be great if we could upload different sounds and lights, and tie them to different symbols. ( Also you can reduce the volume through the app another big plus )
Now the less good parts. The price. Even though the set comes with a charger ( no batteries is great ! ), there is only one smart brick inside. Also in the 7 sets they released, be careful, only 3 comes with a SB, the others are "smart brick compatible", so I imagine people will make mistakes.
There are 4 ( 5 if you count R2D2 ) slots where you can interract with. The sounds are fun and react to movements. You can also place colored pieces next to the smart brick, like the green hammer gives you repair sounds, and more. Construction is also quite sturdy, a big plus for kids.
I was quite skeptical about LEGO new Smart Bricks, but I ordered a set for my kid, to have a better idea. And I'm pleasantly suprised ! The X Wing sets contains 2 special mini figs that can interact with the SB, and 4 different elements. The ship, an enemy turret, a comm relay and a little cart.
My 5yo had a phase where he woke us up in the middle of the night telling us he didn't want to die. Or us to die. There's gay and lesbian parents at his school. He never woke us up for that. Parents are the issue here.
idk I’ve seen a bajillion kids movies where the kids parents die & let me tell you, having a convo with my kid about how anyone can die at any time & it doesn’t matter if they’re someone’s mom or dad is way harder than having a convo about how sometimes someone has two dads or whatever. And yet
our team is TOTALLY blown away by the amount of people who have been playing & sharing their love for the game we've been working on for the past half decade.
we're excited to continue to make StS2 the best that it can be!! 💪
also obligatory joke: we'll getcha one day Silksong
Good job everyone ! I finally managed to buy it. Superb team effort, you can now all try to get it again.
yep, it's fun to think an indie card game can take down steam servers, yet here we are.
Please all of you, I'm begging, just wait an hour before buying it. I'm currently trying to and y'all making the steam servers go down.
picture of an error message of steam saying they can't do anything right now.
oh oh
Trying to get Slay the Spire 2 and steam is having so much trouble validating the purchase... I must not be the only one trying to buy it.

Let's say you have a resource, and in that resource you want an array of objects of class A. A contains a few things, like an enum and a few values.
as far as I know ( and I'm pretty new to godot ), the only way to do A, is to inherit from Resource.
last time I tried, RefCounted were not editable in the editor, it had to be a resource.
I also found a few forum post where people asked how to do it, and the answer was "use a resource"
For me it's the lack of serializable object that are not ressources or nodes.
Having to create a resource to have an array of custom objects that contains trivial stuff like a bool and 2 ints is sometimes maddening.
Unreal introduced InstancedStructs to avoid having all UObjects for instance.
[We see a close up of a young white male, tanned, white teeth, coiffed hair clearly an influencer on social media. It is an image such as you see when social media posts are shown on the news. In the corner of the screen is named a location: DUBAI. He is staring slightly off-camera for several silent panels of the comic strip. His eyes move slightly. He is having a thought.] From off-screen a newsreader’s commentary comes: NEWSREADER: Extraordinary images here of an expat in Dubai [The influencer’s eybrows raise slightly] …Having their first ever geopolitical thought. [CUT TO a BBC news scene. The BBC newsreader CLIVE MYRIE is talking to an interviewee next to the screen showing the social media influencer’s face. The interviewee’s name is David Jones]. CLIVE MYRIE: To explain the significance of this moment we’re joined by David Jones, our Expat Thoughts correspondent DAVID JONES: Clive, this is momentous It was caught on film at the end of an Instagram post titled: ‘Dubai Is Brilliant’. [Pointing at the screen, the influencer’s expression still the same] You can clearly see in the eyebrows here, the dawning realisation that there *might* be something in the world beyond his dickhead self. It marks a *huge* departure from all the Dubai Expat’s previous thoughts. CLIVE MYRIE: Which are…? DAVID JONES: You've Got To Get Yourself Out Here Mate, Everything Is So Clean, I Don't Have To Pay Taxes, I Am Incurious As To Why I Do Not Have To Pay Taxes, and Spa. CLIVE MYRIE: And might we see an expansion of these new Thoughts in coming days? DAVID JONES: I think we can expect to see: “I Deserve To Be Airlifted By A Country I Pay No Tax To” CLIVE MYRIE: Mmm. [Ends]

You're a joke.
Went to grab lunch with younger coworkers. At one point, I hear "But I'm 26 ! It's over, I'm sooooo old now" and I just took 10D10 psychic damages.
That's because you don't have the right mentality. You see, you have to take risks to make the games that can sustain the industry and live service games are the future and, oh, nevermind, I don't think this can make a gazzilion dollars anymore I'm shutting down the studio.
Acheter un studio spécialisé ( remakes solo ) pour lui filer un live service game ( à 70 ?!! ) pour ensuite fermer le studio quand ça marche pas.... La Trinité de l' industrie. Et les gens qui trinquent c'est les devs à la fin.
