I don't own the 3 kingdoms DLC, but here i am, palying against the 3 kingdoms DLC civs on a classic campaign from 1999, and noticing that Mongols are also heavily updated, as well as all the other classic civs. You're literally playing a new game.
This is why the game keeps being fresh.

So, i started digging online about it, and found our that some of these changes were made also to adress how something on the original campaign didn't make sense or to add things they couldn't add back in 1999, but you totally can in 2026.
And the most cool thing about it? IS FREE!
