Another successful day at the gym! My knees suck big time but I found alternate exercises for leg day, I just hope they get better soon... it's been a couple of months and still haven't healed well.
Also, I'm so done using AI, it makes me feel weird, like something is not right. Like, my choices will affect me greatly in the very near future. The law of cause and effect is real and who evers tries to gaslight you to do wrong, have an agenda they want you to fulfill. Wake up and fight back!
Oh, I know. I am not proud. I feel quite bad actually. I'm trying to go back and find another alternative. I'm not quite sure what part of the egg made me feel better since I do consume whole proteins in grain form (rice/peas/lentils/beans, etc). Have you found something that works for you?
Heyyy I am back at the gym! I have eaten a bunch of eggs, sadly, needed to break my vegan situation after 8 years .-. felt a bit sick and the eggs helped lots, still will go back to be vegan soon.
